1. Introduction

Welcome to Ebajee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Ebajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on Ebajee, making a deposit, or using any part of the Ebajee platform — including games, sports betting, e-sports markets, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Ebajee platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access Ebajee, including the Ebajee website and the Ebajee mobile app.

2. Eligibility

To register and use an Ebajee account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing Ebajee from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an Ebajee employee.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Ebajee platform.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that applies to online gaming platforms.

Ebajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated on an unverified account may be withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Ebajee account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Ebajee uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at Ebajee's discretion after investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Ebajee account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Ebajee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 4. Deposits

Ebajee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Ebajee account holder — are not permitted and will be returned.

The minimum deposit on Ebajee is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit, though Ebajee reserves the right to apply daily or monthly deposit limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention.

• Deposits are credited to your Ebajee wallet in real time in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Ebajee does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Ebajee are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or be registered in your name and verified by Ebajee's payments team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–10 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required which can extend processing time.

• Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
• Ebajee does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard fees may apply.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. Requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
• Ebajee reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to rollover requirements as described in Section 6.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Ebajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Ebajee reserves the right to determine which games contribute to rollover requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% of the stake.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Ebajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited methods — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on Ebajee — including Blackjack MH, Wild Bounty Showdown, Monster Mine, Keno, and all live casino and sports betting products — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• All game outcomes on Ebajee are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live events in the case of sports and e-sports betting. Ebajee does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Ebajee's decision on voided rounds is final.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market — whether due to a technical error or otherwise — may be voided at Ebajee's discretion.
• Ebajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error.
• For sports and e-sports betting, Ebajee follows standard industry settlement rules. Abandoned matches are typically voided unless a specific result has already been determined.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game or market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Ebajee platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Ebajee.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Ebajee platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusing Ebajee's bonus system through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or other prohibited methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Ebajee staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

Ebajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to protect vulnerable players seriously. The following tools are available to all Ebajee account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

In all cases, Ebajee's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's Ebajee wallet at the time the claim arises.

12. Account Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding rollover obligations apply to the balance.

Ebajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we determine that:

• The account holder has violated any part of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Ebajee, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed by Ebajee due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at Ebajee's discretion following investigation.

13. Changes to Terms

Ebajee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Ebajee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Ebajee platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
